How do I contact my coach or an administrator?

How do I get updates from coaches or adminstration?

We use the  REMIND app to text any updates, reminders, schedule changes or additional information.  You will also receive a weekly email update from Coach Jerry to the email that is registered in your online account.  You can also contact coaches through this app.  Please download the REMIND app and enter the code from our weekly email update OR you can contact our administrator for the code. 

How do I join the swim team?

All swimmers must try out for an assessment prior to joining.  Try outs are by appointment only.  There are requirements in order to join the main competitive team.  Please email us to schedule a date and time.  Be ready to swim in a swimsuit, googles, swim cap and a towel.  Once you have passed the try out and are ready to join, you will receive an email with directions and all information needed to join.

If you are wanting to join out of our swim lesson program, please check with your instructor to see if you are ready and they will help you set up your try out.  Additional information on joining the team can be found on the Swim Team page.

How often should I attend practice?

Athletes should TRY to attend every practice and review the group outlines.  Parents and swimmers can discuss with their coach to set expectations.  

How do I register for other programs such as Swim Lessons, Summer Recreational Team or Summer Waterpolo?

CLICK HERE to view our latest programs and read the description of the programs offered.  Programs are subject to change based on instructor availability.  Registration is done online only.   We do not accept cash or checks. 

Is the pool heated?

The pools we use in the Orange Unified School District are all outdoor facilities.  The pools are kept at a constant temperature of 81 degrees year-round.

Do we practice or have swim lessons if it is raining?

YES!  Unless there is lightening, we will be practicing and holding swim lessons when it rains.

What do I need to know about attending a swim meet?

Click on Swim Meets 101 for a detailed explanation about everything you need to know about attending swim meets.  If you still have questions, ask one of our coaches. 

How do I know what swim meets to attend?

Go to the Meets Schedule tab to see upcoming swim meets. Go to the Do I Qualify? tab under the schedule to see what events the swimmer qualifies for.

I have questions about my upcoming charges, who do I contact? 

Please email us by the 25th of the current month if you have concerns or questions about your upcoming charges.  You can log into your account at any time to view your Billing Summary.  Do not wait until the 1st of the month because your membership becomes valid for the month at mightnight on the 1st.  

How do I stop my membership?

Please notify us by email of your request before the 25th of the current month if you are not continuing for the next month (example: if the current month is October, email us by October 25 to cancel November).  This will ensure that we get your notice in time to stop the auto pay.  No refunds.  Your account must be paid in full before suspending or cancelling.  We do not accept any account changes by text, conversation or any other email other then [email protected]

Terms and Conditions:

By registering your swimmer with any of our programs, you are agreeing and accepting the terms and conditions stated on our website.  You must register your swimmer with USA Swimming.  The liability and medical release waivers must be signed and you accept the following:  program fees, volunteer hours requirements, meet fees, policies listed on our website and any policy changes.  There is no credit or refund if we have any pool changes when practice is still offered.  All fees account for time off and holidays.  You are responsible for bringing your swimmer to practice and our coaches take attendance.  Any photos our staff may take is for online or print marketing.  We reserve the right to cancel any account if necessary.
