Year-Round Parent Volunteer Opportunities
We are seeking dedicated parent volunteers to help support the smooth and efficient operation of our swim team. These roles are essential to the success of our program, handling key behind-the-scenes responsibilities that keep everything running seamlessly.  By working together, we can build a strong foundation for both our current swimmers and the generations to come. If you’re interested in contributing your time, talents and resources, please reach out to our Team Admin for more information and training.

  • Administrative – Customer Service for Main Team: ASHLEY
    • Responds to all inquiries and coordinate tryouts with coaches. 
  • Member Coordinator: HILARY 
    • Point person for handling inquiries and onboarding new families.
  • Fundraising Coordinator: 
    • Organize team fundraisers (e.g., restaurant nights, Jamba Juice fundraiser, vendor give back)
  • Party Planning Committee:  PENROD 
    • Plan events such as: Block Party Potlucks, Get Togethers,  End of Year Party
  • Summer Program Manager: ASHLEY 
    • Oversee the summer pool program, including scheduling and supervision.  Will be main point of contact for parents and instructors.
  • Timing Chair Coordinator: 
    • Create and manage timing sign-ups for all away swim meets.
  • Away Meet Set-Up Crew:  FERNANDO
    • Set up team tents at away meets and coordinate to have tents brought back​
  • Concession Manager and Hospitality Manager for Home Meets:
    • ​Plan, coordinate and execute concession for home meet and for coaches' hospitality.  You will be trained by our current Concession Manager
  • Home Meet Manager: 
    • ​Will be in charge of coordinating, checking in and training volunteers.  Making sure that the meet is running smoothly.  Work with Admin Tent, Concession Manager and Coaches.  Set up awards.  In charge of all positions are done correctly.  You will be trained by our current Meet Manager

Other suggestions for positions not listed are welcome! But please be prepared to volunteer for your suggested position.  We need all the help that we can get to have a successful program.
