The coaches and staff at OC Gold Aquatics (GOLD) are committed to keeping our athletes safe.  Parents are responsible for bringing their swimmer(s) to the pool.  We are not responsible for any swimmers who are dropped off at the school but do not show up at the pool.  Please see the links below for our policies regarding these Safe Sport topics.

By registering your swimmer with any of our programs, you are agreeing and accepting the terms and conditions stated on our website.  You must register your swimmer with USA Swimming.  The liability and medical release waivers must be signed and you accept the following:  program fees, volunteer hours requirements, meet fees, policies listed on our website and any policy changes.  You are responsible for bringing your swimmer to practice and our coaches take attendance.  Any photos our staff may take is for online or print marketing.  We reserve the right to cancel any account if necessary.
