Thank you to ALL of our parent volunteers who helped and worked at the meet this weekend. Special thanks to Rosie, Cat and Carol who head up the Meet, Admin and Concessions for their efforts. New WAG qualifiers Samantha L and Jessrene D achieved time standards this weekend. Many additional WAG cuts were achieved by a number of swimmers. Congrats on a great meet!

ORCA's Chloe T. has been selected to the USA Swimming Select Camp. The camp will be in Colorado Springs, CO and brings together the best and brightest swimming hopefuls in the nation. 52 females, 15 and under, were selected for the 4 day camp which will include training, video and talks. ORCA's Coach Patrick will be in attendance also. Congrats Chloe! We are all so proud of you!!!

CAS will be have their annual tent sale on Saturday, September 16 from 9 AM - 3 PM. Tech suits, practice suits, apparel, training equipment, backpacks and more will be included in the sale. 15661 Container Lane, HB 92649

ORCA had a great meet! Leading the way was Carley T who won the Girls 800 Freestyle and recorded 4 new USA Sectional cuts. Lucy F won 2 events, the Girls 400 IM and 200 Breaststroke. Big points scorers were Katherine D in the 10 and under age group with 6 finals swims, Katie D with 3 finals swims, Daniel D with 3 fnals swim and Bobby H with 2 finals swim and 2 new USA Sectional cuts. ORCA was Team Champion in the small Team Division!! Awesome showing!

Our ORCA hosted Age Group Max Championships Meet went well. Great swims by ORCA swimmers!! Thank you to all parents and swimmers who helped run the meet and make it a success! Shout out to Rose Adams our Meet Manager and Carol Teger our Concession Manager for all of their hardwork!!

Congrats to Chloe T who over the weekend won the Womens 1500 Freestyle at the LA Invitational! Chloe also qualified for Junior Nationals and the US Open which will happen in December. Great swim and accomplishment!!

ORCA swimmers had a great meet over the weekend at El Toro! 91% had best times. Highlights were Katherine D. qualifying for more JAG and AG Champ times and Daniel D. qualifying for JAG for the first time and making more AG Champs times. Great job everyone!
